At Thiessen, December is all about good company, flavour and memorable wine experiences in our historic cellars and atmospheric rooms.
Enjoy our Christmas dinner, featuring refined dishes and carefully selected wines, or discover new favourites at our Christmas and New Year’s Eve wine tastings.
On Sunday 29 November, we are hosting a welcoming wine market in the Orangerie, with a tasting table and small bites, where wine and discovery take centre stage. You are also warmly welcome at our wine store on Sunday 13 and 20 December, when we will be open for Sunday shopping.

Christmas Dinner | Christmas Day & Boxing Day
Enjoy a festive welcome with a carefully selected sparkling aperitif and a refined amuse-bouche. Then take your seat and savour a surprising four-course dinner, as our chef brings seasonal dishes to life with creativity. Our sommelier pairs each course with a perfectly matched wine that enhances the flavours and completes the experience.
Welcome: between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM
Menu: € 82,50 per person
Amuse-bouche, four-course dinner, table water and coffee to finish.
Wine pairing: €32.50 per person
Sparkling aperitif and a matching glass of wine with each course. A designated driver option is available.
Christmas Brunch | Christmas Day
We welcome you with a festive glass of sparkling wine, also available alcohol-free. A table laden with treats awaits you, including Christmas stollen filled with almond paste, fine charcuterie and cheeses, homemade soup, warm quiche, petit pâté, artisan bread rolls and croissants. And of course, a festive sweet treat to finish.
Welcome: between 11:00 and 11:30 am; brunch ends at 2:00 pm
Price: € 47,50 per person
Welcome sparkling wine, coffee and tea are included. Other drinks are not included and will be charged based on consumption.

On Sunday 29 November, we are hosting a welcoming wine market. Enjoy an afternoon of amuse-bouches from our own kitchen, with our quality wines and refined dishes perfectly complementing one another. Our experts will be on hand to offer advice and inspiration.
You are very welcome to drop by; no reservation is required.
Our wine store will also be open on Sunday 13 and 20 December from 12 noon to 5 pm.

Be inspired by carefully selected wines for the festive season, whether you’re looking for the ideal wine for Christmas dinner, a special gift or the perfect bubbles to ring in the New Year.
Christmas Wine Tasting | 21, 22 and 23 December
Taste a sparkling wine, two rounded white wines to make your Christmas dinner shine, and three red wines that pair perfectly with venison, turkey or an evening by the fireplace.
New Year’s Eve Wine Tasting | 28, 29 and 30 December
End the year on a sparkling note with two sparkling wines, three white wines and one red wine — ideal for your New Year’s Eve.
Price: €39.50 per person | Six tasting pours with matching amuse-bouches, bread and water, plus a tour of our wine cellar for a complete experience.
