Wine Tasting
Wine Tasting with Guided Tour
You are warmly welcome to join our wine tastings from 10 persons onwards, or at the equivalent rate of 10 persons.
We offer two different wine tasting experiences:
- Standard Wine Tasting (2 hours):
6 tasting glasses of wine, each paired with a complementary amuse, including a guided tour of our authentic wine cellars. Price €42.50 per person - Short Wine Tasting (1 hour):
3 Tasting glasses of wine, each paired with a complementary amuse, including a guided tour of our authentic wine cellars. Price €32.50 per person.
Our amuses are light and refined, carefully designed to enhance the harmony between wine and food.
DINER
Privé diner/lunch
For dinner, we offer a variety of options: from an informal walking dinner to an elaborate multi-course dinner with paired wines, and everything in between. This is available from 15 persons onwards.
We have our own kitchen, where chef Daan and sous-chef Freek prepare refined dishes with creativity and craftsmanship. All amuses and dinners are carefully curated to complete your experience.

Beverage Package
For a complete experience, we work with a standard beverage package consisting of a selection of wines from Saint Auriol. In addition, we provide your guests with soft drinks, still and sparkling water, Neubourg beer, and hot beverages.
If you prefer other wines from our assortment, this can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

Meeting Package
Looking to host a meeting in the heart of Maastricht? At Thiessen, it’s all possible.
Here, in the vibrant center of Maastricht, you can enjoy an oasis of calm. From small board meetings to large presentations, with the option to complement your gathering with a catered lunch.
Your meeting can also be concluded with a private wine tasting or an atmospheric private dinner.

Tailor Made??
An atmospheric, intimate meeting room for up to 12 persons, or a larger space in the Orangerie, arranged to suit your preferences. In all our rooms, various setups are possible, tailored to the purpose of your meeting. In addition, we are happy to think along with you and offer a range of options to suit your needs.
Various Setups
In our beautiful Orangerie, we can host conferences, meetings, and presentations for groups of up to approximately 100 guests. The space is equipped with a 75-inch TV screen with HDMI connection and a sound system with microphone. In addition, the Orangerie offers a comfortable and well-controlled climate.
Time for a Break
Whether at the start of your meeting or as a short break in between, we offer a welcoming indoor space or our city vineyard. Enjoy a cup of coffee with Limburgse vlaai or a savory snack, allowing your guests to recharge. We also provide extensive lunch options, ensuring your meeting is fully catered.

Thiessen offers everything for a successful, informal gathering with carefully selected wines and flavorful amuses from our own kitchen. We are also the perfect venue for a professional networking event. In addition, we organize fully catered evening celebrations in a unique setting, right in the heart of Maastricht.
